在中国民用航空总局及有关部委的大力支持下，中航材国际招标有限公司与英国迈克.布鲁克斯展览公司继成功举办首届中国国际机场技术、设备和服务展览（inter airport China，以下简称中国国际机场展）后，将于2006年9月6日-8日在北京中国国际展览中心举办第二届中国国际机场展。届时航采网将联合《中国航空采购》和《中国民用航空》杂志两刊一网参展（展台号：168）并直播此次盛会。

展会简介：国际机场技术、设备和服务展览会被誉为该领域的顶级展览会。30年来，该展览会荟萃该行业的知名制造商和专业人员，展现了其专业水准。该展览会每两年一次在德国慕尼黑举办，并于1997年在新加坡举办了三届；2004年首次登陆北京。
首届中国国际机场展取得了巨大的成功，吸引了来自二十多个国家和地区的一百多家厂商参加，万余名海内外观众到会参观，充分展示了国际机场建设、设备领域发展的最新动态，促进了国内机场与国际知名机场设备供应商的交流与合作。此次展览得到了民航总局及其他有关部委的高度重视，民航总局杨元元局长亲临展览会开幕式并为此次展览剪彩，民航总局有关部门及各部委有关部门领导也都出席了开幕式并参观了展览，对本次展览给予了高度评价。
目前，已有来自三十多个国家和地区的二百多家厂商报名参加第二届中国国际机场展，几乎囊括了全球所有著名机场技术、设备和服务提供商，其中英国、德国、法国、荷兰等国家均以国家展团的方式参展，展览内容涉及机场建设、机场管理、物流、安检、空管、咨询、培训等诸多领域。
展览同期还将举办国内机场与国际机场设备供应商间的“供需见面会”为机场设备供需双方搭建一个开展交流与合作的平台。
随着中国经济的高速发展，中国民用航空市场具有巨大的发展空间，日益引起了来自全球范围的广泛关注。预计到2020年，中国将成为世界第二大民用航空市场,期间对机场技术、设备和服务具有巨大的需求。
