Beijing – China’s most influential and only aviation event in Beijing, Aviation Expo/China 2005 heads for flying start.
The event have the special support by General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) and co-organized by China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC I & II), China Aviation Supplies I/E Group (CASGC), China National Aero-Technology I/E Corp (CATIC), China Council for the Promotion of Intl Trade (CCPIT), China Int’l Exhibition Corporation (CIEC), CCPIT Sub Council of Aviation Industries and supported by Air China Group I/E Trading Co, China Easter Aviation I/E Corp, China Southern Airlines (Group) I/E Trading Corp, China National Electronics I/E Corp (CEIEC), Airport Dept of General Administration of CAAC, Air Traffic Management Bureau of CAAC, Beijing Capital Int’l Airport, Airport Construction Corp of CAAC, China PLA Air Force, Equipment Dept, China PLA Navy, Equipment Department and China Promotion Ltd as organizer and sales coordinator.
We are indeed privilege and excited to be hosting the 11th edition of Aviation Expo/China as we continue to be in the forefront in providing avenue for international aviation companies, suppliers and manufacturers to sell to the most exciting aviation market in the world, said Mr. Andrew Kay, Managing Director, China Promotion Ltd the international organizer.
According to industry figures China will need 2,500 aircrafts in the next 20 years to compliment the explosive demand of tourism and business traveler in the country. Presently there are only 135 civil airports in all of China and will need to build 100 new more airports in the next 20 years to support the massive growth and development in China’s aviation industry.
Aviation Expo/ China 2005 will feature 175 exhibitors from 21 countries and region, who continue to show their support and offer the Chinese market a sample of the latest products of the aviation and airport industry. The event is expected to attract 20,000 trade visitors from China’s aviation and airport industry.
The event will also coincide with a roundtable forum hosted by the Aerospace Forum Asia and a special conference called MRO China which will focus on “Safety and High Efficiency Operations” in China.
Aviation Expo/China 2005 will be held in Beijing from 21 – 24 September 2005 at China International Exhibition Centre. Trade visitors will be allowed entry to the expo from 21-23 September while the on 24th of September will be open to the public.
