The filing includes the financial statements of Foshan Overseas International for the years ended December 31, 2006 and December 31, 2005 and the periods ended September 30, 2007 and September 30, 2006. The filing also includes pro-forma financial information for the years ended December 31, 2006 and 2005 and the periods ended September 30, 2007 and 2006.
