On March 6, China Airlines celebrated the opening of its two newest facilities at Taoyuan International Airport. One is a new First Class check-in lounge at Terminal 2, and the other is a self check-in counter, also called KIOSK, located at check-in counter 7, in Terminal 1.
Beginning March 6, the new First Class check-in lounge in Terminal 2 is available to First Class flyers and Paragon Members, offering guests greater comfort, exclusivity and more privacy. The lounge also offers enhanced service with a modern touch, as computer twin screens are set in each check-in desk so passengers can have a better view of their flight details.
China Airlines is also the first airline in Taiwan to provide system-integrated services in its on-line check-in and self-service KIOSK. With KIOSK check-in, passengers can easily get their boarding passes, arrange their seating, and complete their check-in procedures efficiently.
As an additional treat for passengers, CAL and Taiwan's National Palace Museum have worked closely to exhibit the National Palace's duplicate porcelain and art works in the new First Class check-in lounge, as well as in the Dynasty lounges. With these latest additions, China Airlines has taken another step forward in its ongoing efforts to expand and enhance its passenger services, and provide greater comfort and convenience for its cherished customers.
