Besides its cargo operations, Aloha Airlines has another division that's still going strong and up for sale.
The airlines' contract services division is running with about 1,200 employees who have not been affected by the shutdown of the interisland carrier.
The operation provides ground support for other airlines.
Aloha CEO David Banmiller says he is looking for bids to buy the unit. He says it makes "a little bit of money".
The division provides customer service, baggage handling, ticket agents and ramp agents for foreign and U.S. airlines that fly to Hawaii. They include United, American ATA, Japan, Korean and China airlines.
The division has employees on Oahu, the Big Island, Maui and Kauai serving various airlines at each airport.
