Terminal change at Pudong Airport

The number of check-in passengers will increase by 20 percent at Pudong International Airport's Terminal 2 after April 29 as the second batch of airline service centers move their operations there, according to airport immigration police.
Terminal 2 will handle 55 percent of the total international travelers at Pudong, up from 10 percent.
In order to enhance Shanghai's aviation hub status, Shanghai Airport Authority accelerates the expansion of Pudong Airport. Shanghai Pudong International Airport T2 will start operation in two stages on 26 March 2008 and 29 April 2008 respectively.
