China Southern Airlines, the country's largest carrier, will lift fuel surcharges on international flights to cope with the impact of soaring oil prices, according to sources.
Starting from Jun.1, the surcharge for single ticket and round-trip ticket on international flight will rise to RMB 800 and RMB 1600 from RMB 600 and RMB 1200 respectively.
In detail, the airline plans to raise the surcharge on routes between mainland China and Europe, America, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Lagos.
