Pudong Airport opens special channel for Olympics

Pudong airport has opened a special immigration channel to process accredited Chinese and overseas personnel with the Beijing Olympic Games.
The channel for Games officials, athletes and press will be open until September 23.
Since August 2003, all the units under CAAC have started preparing, in order to guarantee the safety, convenience and simplicity of the air transportation during Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Meanwhile, taking the opportunity of Olympic Games, China steps up building of a powerful civil aviation industry.
