Shandong Airlines Co. Ltd announced that it has achieved RMB 5.86 million net profit in the first half this year, reversing a loss of nearly RMB 90 million in the same period last year.
The earnings per share rose to RMB 0.15. It gained RMB 2.43 billion operating income, representing an increase of 22.61% year-on-year, while the gross profit hit RMB 78.56 million.
The company turned from losses to profit, mainly attribute to the increased travel demand and a stronger Chinese currency.
