NetDimensions buys 25 pct stake in Peak Pacific for $250,000 cash

NetDimensions (Holdings) Ltd. said it has acquired 25 percent stake in in Peak Pacific Ltd., for $250,000 cash.
Hong-based Peak Pacific, is a newly incorporated business which has been formed through the spin-out of Cathay Pacific Airways' corporate eLearning business unit.
Peak Pacific will be led by chief executive Kishor Mistry, former Corporate eLearning Manager at Cathay Pacific, the company added.
