Cathay Chang LH ceases to be Fan HL's alternate director

Cathay Pacific Airways announces that Leslie Li-hsien Chang has ceased to be the alternate director to Henry Hung-ling Fan with effect from 21 October 2008.
Chang served as the alternate director to Fan from 7 November 2006. Chang has confirmed that he is not aware of any matter relating to his cessation as alternate director that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.
