Ningbo Lishe and Ibaraki officials develop links

A delegation from the Ibaraki Prefecture in Japan has visited Ningbo Lishe International Airport to strengthen ties between Ningbo Lishe International Airport and Ibaraki Airport, which is scheduled to open in March 2010.
The Ibaraki delegation wanted to learn how Ningbo Lishe operates and its management experience, and to make preparations for launching new routes between the two airports once Ibaraki opens.
Ibaraki Airport, which is 80 minutes by car from central Tokyo, is the third airport in the metropolitan area, and will be a secondary airport for serving the varied air transport demands of the metropolitan area, including domestic and international routes.
