On November 11, CEO of Pemco World Air Service (PEMCO) Mr. Wake Smith, his consultant Jerry Nickelsburg and Victor Gao, the director of Sun Capital Partners visited HNA Group. Mr. Chen Feng (HNA BoC) met with Mr. Wake Smith and his retinue in Haikou New State Guesthouse.
During the meeting, Mr. Chen expressed his welcome to Mr. E. Michael Steimler and his delegation and hopes further deeper cooperation between the two sides.
On 12th, PEMCO and HNA signed an MOU in Haihang Building. According to the MOU the two companies will cooperate in aircraft maintanance area in the near futurn.
PEMCO, in Dothan, Alabama and Tampa, Florida, provides heavy maintenance and modification services for both wide and narrow body aircraft from around the world. IT has been an industry leader in commercial maintenance and modification for over five decades. The company provides aircraft parts and support, engineering services and precision components and also developing and manufacturing aircraft cargo systems.
