Macau Aviation Traffic Controller Association (MATCA) delegated four members to attend the annual Asia Pacific Aviation Traffic Controller Association at Hong Kong few days ago, at which representatives from different Asia Pacific countries convening together to discuss various methods to boost working performance.
Nighty some aviation traffic controllers coming from 13 different Asia-Pacific countries convened in Hong Kong to attend a three-day long annual celebration.
During the celebration, the attendees and aviation experts also discussed the topic which titled "Boosting Working Performance through Pressure Management."
They also discussed about the influence of recent financial crisis and high oil price, in a bit to get the assistance from the aviation controlling sectors.
Some of the attendees expressed that there is a need to further discuss on the controlled area and new airlines as which would help to decrease the cost of operation.
Meanwhile MATC also organised the first exchange tour to visit the Beijing International Airport, in order to absorb experiences of aviation controlling in the national aviation hub.
Followed by a celebration banquet which celebrates the 13 th Anniversary of the association also been held on November 22.
